  • Payment information for transactions, processed securely via Stripe (we do not store personal payment details)
  • Communication records when you contact us through secure channels such as Signal, ProtonMail, or PGP-encrypted email
  • Technical details related to your website hosting, domain management, and performance analytics—never personal tracking data

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only to provide and enhance our services. We do not engage in intrusive marketing, data resale, or behavioural tracking.

We use collected data to:

  • Deliver and maintain websites, hosting, and brand photography services
  • Process payments securely, including anonymous payment options
  • Provide technical support and ongoing website updates
  • Ensure the security and performance of your website
  • Comply with legal obligations, but only where strictly required

Your Privacy, Your Choice

  • Anonymous Engagement: If preferred, you may use our services without revealing your personal identity
  • Minimal Data Retention: All client communications are automatically and permanently deleted without backup within 14 days of completing your project
  • No Tracking: We do not use third-party tracking cookies, behavioral profiling, or analytics tools that monitor your browsing activity

Secure Hosting & Data Protection

Mirelle’s hosting infrastructure is built for privacy, speed, and security:

  • Dedicated, fully encrypted servers based in the EU and Switzerland
  • Premium performance utilizing high-grade infrastructure
  • Cloudflare Enterprise CDN for global speed and security
  • Private VPN layer for additional anonymity protection

Sharing & Disclosure of Data

We never share, sell, or disclose client information to third parties. The only exception is when legally required to comply with a formal request under British or Swiss law.

Your Rights & Control

You have the right to:

  • Request the deletion of your information
  • Opt out of data retention beyond required legal obligations
  • Inquire about how your data is stored and processed

Terms of Service

Booking and Payments

All services require an upfront payment to secure your booking:

  • All Services: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for both website and photography services
  • Payment Plans: Flexible payment plans are available for certain packages, but services remain under Mirelle’s control until the balance is fully paid
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before the scheduled photoshoot or website launch
  • Rescheduling: At Mirelle’s discretion, with fair and professional consideration

Cancellations and Refunds

  • All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Photography deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled sessions at our discretion
  • Website projects canceled after work has started are not eligible for refunds

Hosting & Website Management

  • Premium managed hosting is included for maximum speed, security, and reliability
  • Ongoing support and minor content updates at no extra cost
  • Mirelle retains control of hosting, domain, and DNS until full payment (for payment plans)
  • Written notice required for website transfers, migration fees may apply

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • Websites: Full ownership transfers to you upon complete payment
  • Photography: Clients receive full usage rights for personal marketing and promotion
  • Mirelle retains the right to use anonymized examples for portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested

Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and timely content
  • Mirelle is not liable for delays caused by missing or late submissions

Discretion and Reputation

  • Mirelle operates with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
  • We do not discuss client details with anyone under any circumstances unless required by law

Payment & Secure Transactions

To accommodate different privacy preferences, we offer multiple payment options:

  • Card Payments & Wire Transfers: Processed securely through Stripe
  • Crypto Payments & Cash: Anonymous alternatives ensuring your name is never linked to the transaction
  • Company Payments: Business entity billing with VAT invoices available upon request

For maximum discretion, websites, domains, and hosting can be registered under Mirelle’s name, preventing any public association with you.

Amendments to These Policies

We may update these policies occasionally to reflect improvements in our practices. Any changes will be subtle refinements, never a compromise.
