Booking and Payments
All services require an upfront payment to secure your booking. Our pricing reflects the premium quality, privacy, and dedicated support we provide.
- Website Design & Development: Full payment is required at the time of order. Given the bespoke nature of our websites, this policy ensures a smooth process without unnecessary delays or risks. Flexible payment plans may be available upon request, but the website will remain under Mirelle’s control, including hosting and DNS, until the balance is fully paid.
- Photography Services: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before the scheduled photoshoot to secure your slot. Failure to complete the payment may result in the cancellation of your session and loss of the deposit.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling a photoshoot is at Mirelle’s discretion. We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, and while we strive to be flexible, rescheduling is not guaranteed. We always aim for a solution that is fair and professional.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Due to the personalised nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- We are sorry, but deposits for photography sessions are non-refundable. However, at our discretion, we may apply them to a rescheduled session.
- If a website project is canceled after work has started, no refunds will be issued.
Hosting & Website Management
- Mirelle provides premium managed hosting to ensure maximum speed, security, and reliability. This includes ongoing support and minor content updates at no extra cost.
- If you opt for a payment plan, Mirelle will retain control of your hosting, domain, and DNS until full payment is received.
- If you choose to transfer your website elsewhere, you must provide written notice, and any applicable migration fees will apply.
Privacy & Security
Mirelle operates with a strict privacy-first approach.
- We store the absolute minimum amount of data necessary and permanently delete all client communications within 14 days of project completion unless requested otherwise.
- Clients may use anonymous payment options (crypto, cash, or payments through a business entity) to enhance privacy.
- All data is stored on our dedicated, encrypted servers located in Switzerland and the EU.
- We do not share client data unless legally required by a formal, verifiable request. However, for clients using our fully anonymous setup, we maintain ownership of domains, hosting, and website data, making it impossible for any third party to trace information back to you.
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
- Websites: Once full payment has been received, you own your website and its content entirely. Mirelle does not retain any rights over your site. However, unless explicitly requested otherwise, we may showcase an anonymised version as a portfolio reference.
- Photography: Clients receive full ownership and usage rights for personal marketing and promotion. Mirelle retains the right to use images solely for portfolio purposes (without personal details) unless the client requests a privacy agreement.
Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate and timely content, including text, images, and any necessary materials for your website or photography session.
- Mirelle is not liable for delays caused by missing or late submissions.
Discretion and Reputation
- Mirelle operates with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. We do not discuss client details with anyone under any circumstances unless required by law.
- Our reputation is built on trust, privacy, and excellence. Any attempt to publicly defame or misrepresent our services will be addressed appropriately.
Amendments to These Terms
Mirelle reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Clients will be informed of any significant changes that may affect their engagement with us.
