Effective Date: 8 February 2025
At Mirelle, privacy is not just a feature but the foundation of everything we do. Whether you trust us with your website, brand photography, or privacy-first solutions, your data is handled with the utmost discretion, security, and care.
This Privacy Policy explains how Mirelle Studio Ltd (“Mirelle,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you engage with our services.
The Information We Collect
We believe in data minimisation. This means we collect only what is absolutely necessary to provide our services and give you the option to remain anonymous whenever possible.
Depending on your engagement with us, we may collect:
- Contact details such as name, email address, or phone number—only if you voluntarily provide them.
- Payment information for transactions, processed securely via Stripe, which stores transactional data only if you choose to pay by card. We do not store any personal payment details.
- Communication records when you contact us through secure channels such as Signal, ProtonMail, or PGP-encrypted email.
- Technical details related to your website hosting, domain management, and performance analytics—but never personal tracking data.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used only to provide and enhance our services. We do not engage in intrusive marketing, data resale, or behavioral tracking.
We use collected data to:
- Deliver and maintain websites, hosting, and brand photography services.
- Process payments securely, including anonymous payment options.
- Provide technical support and ongoing website updates.
- Ensure the security and performance of your website.
- Comply with legal obligations, but only where strictly required.
Your Privacy, Your Choice
Mirelle is designed with your discretion in mind. You have full control over how your data is handled.
- Anonymous Engagement: If preferred, you may use our services without revealing your personal identity. We offer anonymous payment options and secure communication methods.
- Minimal Data Retention: Every client communication, including all emails, messages, and order details, is automatically and permanently deleted without backup within 14 days of completing your project.
- No Tracking: We do not use third-party tracking cookies, behavioral profiling, or analytics tools that monitor your browsing activity.
Payment & Secure Transactions
To accommodate different privacy preferences, we offer multiple payment options:
- Card Payments & Wire Transfers: Processed securely through Stripe, which stores only transactional data.
- Crypto Payments & Cash: Anonymous alternatives ensuring your name is never linked to the transaction.
- Company Payments: If using a business entity for billing, VAT invoices are available upon request.
For maximum discretion, websites, domains, and hosting can be registered under Mirelle’s name, preventing any public association with you.
Secure Hosting & Data Protection
Mirelle’s hosting infrastructure is built for privacy, speed, and security.
- Our infrastructure consists of dedicated, fully encrypted servers based in the EU and Switzerland, ensuring blazing-fast speeds and global reach. Select systems leverage Google Cloud’s fastest premium machines (C3D and C2 VMs) for additional high-performance computing—without compromising security.
- Every website benefits from Cloudflare’s Enterprise CDN, which optimises speed and security worldwide.
- To further protect anonymity, each site is routed through our private VPN layer—an additional security measure no other provider in this space offers.
Sharing & Disclosure of Data
We never share, sell, or disclose client information to third parties. Your data remains confidential and protected under all circumstances.
The only exception is when we are legally required to comply with a formal request under British or Swiss law. However, if you use our fully anonymous payment and registration options, even in such cases, we would have no personal data to disclose.
Your Rights & Control Over Your Data
You have the right to:
- Request the deletion of your information.
- Opt out of data retention beyond required legal obligations.
- Inquire about how your data is stored and processed.
For any data-related inquiries or privacy concerns, please contact us through our secure communication page.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect improvements in our privacy practices. Any changes will be subtle refinements, never a compromise.
Your privacy is not just a policy—it is our commitment.
